Congratulations! The following applicants have been shortlisted and are invited to submit the additional documents.

SHORTLIST

All document forms for the R1 final selection process will be emailed shortly from IPADS Office (info[★]ipads.a.u-tokyo.ac.jp; @ in place of ★) to the shortlisted applicants. (If the shortlisted applicants don’t receive by November 20, 2024, please email IPADS Office.) All documents and filled forms must arrive at the IPADS Office and the Examination Fee (required under Japanese Law) be paid by December 11, 2024.

Applicants who have been unsuccessful in this round are still eligible to re-apply for the Round Two selection. The deadline for Round Two application is February 16, 2025.
